The new Real Estate Agents Act 2008 came into force on 17 November 2009. One of the changes in the new Act is the qualifications required for licensing. Detailed changes can be found in the Real Estate Agents (Licensing) Regulations 2009 however we’ve summarised some frequently asked questions that may help you.

- Duration: Although you may complete this qualification in a short time,
we give you 30 months on your training agreement to do this.
