Can I cross credit my non-property degree to qualify as a Salesperson or Licensee?
No. You will need to complete the Salesperson's Course, National Certificates, and National Diploma.

Which property degrees does REINZ recognise to qualify as a Salesperson and Licensee?
Full New Zealand property or valuation property degrees may be recognised as well as New Zealand registered valuers and members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Download a cross credit application form, complete and return it with the required documentation and fee to REINZ ITO.
Applicants will be required to successfully complete a short assessment before meeting the educational requirements of Salesperson, and Licensee.
