The REINZ Real Estate Legislation Guide and its accompanying Law for Real Estate Professionals in New Zealand book comprise a new set of resources provided by the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) to assist all real estate professionals to conduct their business legally.
The law books will help real estate professionals to:
- Identify their compliance obligations,
- Interpret and understand the law, and
- Apply the law to their real estate business.
The two books will be supplied as a set, since they complement each other. They replace the New Zealand Real Estate Law book in the blue ringbinder, that has been out of print for some time.
